BIB would welcome the opportunity to service your agency and all of your specialty insurance needs. For your convenience, complete our Producer Questionnaire and sign our Producer Agreement.
The Producer Questionnaire will assist us in identifying your insurance needs as well as knowing who the key contacts are in your office.
Once submitted, you will have access to various markets and specialty programs exclusively available to wholesale brokers. You will be alerted to new product offerings or special commission incentives through our e-mail marketing and print advertising channels.
Your completed documents along with a copy of your license and E&O coverage can be forwarded on to:

*We, like you, are an insurance intermediary and are bound by the credit terms of the insurance carriers with whom we place risks on your behalf. Balances are due on receipt of the invoice, unless the issuing insurance company requires payment prior to binding, as is the case with some Workers Compensation placements. We will send an invoice at the time an account is bound and will also send a statement at the end of the month.
