How do I submit business to BIB?

To enable us to approach the most appropriate markets quickly, all submissions should include the following:

• C-Construction
  
• O-Occupancy
  
• P-Protection Class
  
• E-Exposure
  
• Four (4) years Currently valued Hard Copy Loss Returns
  
• Year built - if more than 25 years ago, include updates on plumbing/heating/roofing and wiring.
  
• Square Footage
  
• Statement of Values/Schedule of Locations
  
• Prior Carrier Information
  
• Completed Acord Application
  
• Completed BIB Property Specification Sheet *(optional)
  *A completed BIB Property Specification Sheet will give us and our underwriters a snapshot of the risk and quick response
  
• Supplemental Applications (Vacant Property, Habitational, Restaurant, Hotel/Motel, DIC, Excess Flood or Builders Risk)
